Albion Fellows Bacon: Indiana's Municipal Housekeeper by Robert G. Barrows, Born in Evansville, Indiana, in 1865, Albion Fellows was reared in the nearby hamlet of McCutchanville indiana health group and graduated from Evansville High School.
